We were ignored by the 2 overworked waitresses for 1/2 hour who took orders from a table that had arrived after us so walked out - disappointed!

We really enjoyed the food but you do need to have a good appetite to tackle the Banquet! We had booked for 6pm and waited a wee while for our order to be taken. At 6.45pm we were still waiting for our drinks, let alone the food. We could see the restaurant was reasonably busy, but there were clearly not enough staff. The customers at the table next to us received their platter before us even though we were there first. These service issues were unfortunate and did detract from an otherwise lovely evening.

Two drink orders were wrong & one of the rice ordered didn’t come out until we had finished eating. We said the starters could come out with the mains but they came out some time after we had been served the mains. On the plus side the heat pump was working. The previous time we ate there we froze in a cold draft

Always been welcomed with friendly smiles by staff. Great service and good value menu all our meals were plentiful and very yumm, will definitely be back again
