Two couples at our table and everyone agreed it was a wonderful night. Restaurant was busy but not full so noise level was OK. Food was fabulous 👌

Pleasant waiting staff who were friendly. They could have highlighted that the entree chosen was also part of the main. We felt we would’ve ordered a different entree had we known this. The ribeye steak cut was thin and so the requested M/Rare didn’t deliver, but was Medium instead. Decor was plain and lacking ambiance. Prices were what you would pay for a steak house, but the overall experience didn’t match that expectation.

Probably a weird comment, maybe slightly over attentive and lots of staff helped maybe 1/2 would have been better to build a better closer repor.

Food and service were amazing. Will be back again soon.

Trouvé par hasard, ce restaurant a comblé nos papilles ! La viande de bœuf accompagnée d’un verre de vin rouge néo-zélandais était excellente, et le brownie était dingue aussi ! Allez y les yeux fermés, et en plus le service est top. Merci beaucoup pour cette soirée et ce repas !

the so call cave BBQ smoke , burnt the meat too much and there were too much smoke with the food, somewhat made the food unpleasant

After reading menus on line and seeing its star rating decided to book . Booked table on line so easy with prompt reply . Greeted by friendly staff and the steak was cooked to perfection, thanks chef , will definitely go back on our next visit to Chch

Food was so good, we ordered steak, ribs, lamb and salmon but the best dish was probably the bone marrow, never had it cooked like that before, even our kids loved it. Will definitely dine here again if we come back to Christchurch, the staff and owner was really friendly too 👍
