it was a great experience, and we will be back:}
The service wasn’t the best. My family of 12 arrived at 6pm and were left waiting a long time to order to the point we had to walk over to find someone who would serve us. Following this, our dishes all came out at different times with the last dish being served 40 minutes after the 1st was served. Not good service.
The layout and choice of table was great and the staff were attentive, but the food was very mediocre unfortunately. We felt all the dishes had a distinct lack of flavour and were a very basic quality (and only 3 mussels in a seafood pasta). We wouldn’t use it for a celebration again but perhaps a quick bite or drink after work etc.
Delicious food, great service and no wait which was great considering how busy it was.
Staff were friendly, garlic/cheese pizza bread and pecan pie were very tasty!
overall experience very good staff all seemed to want to do their best and that coupled with very enjoyable food made for a pleasant lunch.
Great atmosphere, staff were very attentive and helpful with choices
Very friendly and efficient service and very tasty food, enjoyed in lovely surroundings.
All of the meals were great except the fries were only just cooked, i.e just al dente, but not golden and crispy as you would normally expect
Food was not good, and after just getting back off holiday was definitely nowhere near Italian, either in taste or presentation.
I complained about the Goode Bros Chicken. The plate presentation was non-existent. A pile of over fried shapeless items alongside pale red sauce and a small pile of pickled red and white vegetables. Very unattractive. No green herbs or salad. I tried to cut one of the fried items. The knife couldn’t get through whatever it was. No sign of any chicken. Just a mess. I tried a few other pieces without success. What was in the fried batter or whatever. The good news is I was not charged for the dish and our table was also not charged for the dessert. Thank you. On 3 previous visits for lunch, the food was good. So I will continue my patronage.
The live entertainment was of a good standard, but too loud….hard to hear our own conversation. The fries were excellent, the chicken parmagiana was the thinnest in terms of actual chicken meat, that I’ve ever had, not enough napoli/tomato sauce, and more than enough mozzarella. Very good service and acceptable wait times.
Great food and lovely staff will be back again soon
