I booked a table for 2 at 6.45pm. At 6.15 they called me to ask me to delay the booking until 7.30pm as they were full. I pushed back and negotiated a 7pm change however at 6.40 they called back to say 7.30pm was all they could offer. No options were provided to seat us at the bar temporarily, offer any apology or honour the booking. I cancelled on the spot. 0/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience
