The waiter(can’t remember his name) is absolutely super! He was so busy but still so pleasant. I hate criticising and you know we just love Minos but our last pizzas were quite underdone in the base. I’m sure just a once off. We will be back soon

originally booked for 5:30 & got called to come in at 4:30. Other people were being turned away when tables were still empty for over 1 hour. Could have accommodated other guests before other bookings arrived Disorganised.
