Rumi Persian Cuisine

The owners looked miserable and unfriendly.Very grumpy! The waiter and waitress were lovely-helpful,attentive enough but the owner/managers could change their politeness if they want their guests to feel happy.Kinda ruined the night for us!

One worst experience with this restaurant last night!!! 🤮🤮🤮 Horrible food! Horrible customer service! Horrible atmosphere! It was my 3rd visit and couldn't get any worse. It was my nephew's bday dinner which got ruined at this place, never ever going back again.. Got there at sharp 8pm, we waited for atleast 15 mins for someone to come give us the menu and take the order, 2 of us had to go remind them that we are waiting for someone to come to us. And after ordering the food, we had to wait until 9.15pm for the food to come to the table. Seriously???? One hour??? If they were short of staff or busy, who's gonna tell us that there will be a delay??? Our baby got irritated having to wait in cold outside and started crying.. When you can't handle a busy crowd, then please simply stop taking table bookings, or better learn to handle how busy restaurants function. And then the food served after 1 hour was pale and cold.. Zereshk polo was overly sweet, baghali polo was toooooo bland..and then there was nobody again to come check if we wanted something else in dessert..we simply got disappointed and left. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Date- 24th November Dinner @ 8pm

Just ate here with my fiance. The food and service was fantastic. This was our first time eating at a persian restaurant and food was fabulous and we loved the small but lively atmosphere. The saffron icecream is to die for. Definitely coming back!!

The meals were amazing. We tried lamb, salmon, chicken and beef, they were all soft and juicy. The portion was the right size for us. The service was friendly and attentive. Will be back and will highly recommend Rumi!

First time to a Persian restaurant the food was tasty and very well presented. Service excellent.

Rumi Cuisine ; I’m in Awe and so is my husband we absolutely enjoyed the meal; the staff; the feel; the taste; it was all an amazing Persian experience ; the attention to details. The background music the ornaments ; the conversations we had was beyond our expectations. Offering me dates and a space corner to perform our prayers. That’s a wow factor 🤍 the deserts ; oh and the pistachio ice cream; made from scratch in their kitchen, the tea ; the baklava all just too good to be true. 🤍 thank you for the calligraphy artwork will cherish that 🤍
