The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere very friendly and cordial. The Thai staff are excellent but unfortunately a young Kiwi girl let the side down. Her customer care was sadly lacking.

A little way out of central Christchurch but well worth the ride. The restaurant looks nothing from the outside but is clean and welcoming inside. The food was top class, cooked in a true Thai style by Thai people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend La Ruby

One of the best meals out we have had in a long time

2 of our party had Mossinsn lamb shank curry and one of these was not tender. We think it was an animal older than lamb. Very short on vegetables. Nice waiter though!!

Food was great. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had to ask for wine glasses for the table and water. The staff were pleasant but their did not appear to be anyone looking after table service?
