Had never had Ethiopian food before. Enjoyed the food. V friendly man fronting the restaurant. We tried a new drink which we didn’t really like and he promptly suggested something else and refused to charge us for the original drink. It was v clean and bright and plenty of locals were supporting the place.

Food was overpriced - we didn’t enjoy the food as it lacked texture and subtle taste but that is personal preference some may love it. We should have spoken about the platter with the waiting staff as this would have helped us appreciate its authenticity more. Perhaps they should automatically offer this this to patrons. The acoustics are jarring and a very loud group of three women made it unpleasant for us with their extremely loud outbursts. The decor was fresh and colourful .

Booking a table was easy, no problem getting parking nearby, friendly helpful staff and excellent food. A great experience and I'm already looking forward to a return visit.

Gojo restaurant has a pleasant environment to dine in. We went quite early, so it wasn't very busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would go again.

We loved the food - we had platters which is a good way to sample all the options. The injera is amazing, and the platters look so pretty with all the colours and sides. The dessert choice is really good, and the portion is large - perfect for sharing. Service is excellent and the team and are clearly proud to bring their cuisine and culture to life halfway across the world.

Great service and wonderful fresh, colourful food for our group of seven. We had two huge platters and a couple of extra dishes to go round- perfect amount. The dessert was absolutely delicious. Have recommended this eatery to friends already. Loved it👍👍👍👍👍

The food was delicious! The acoustics of the room weren't great - making it hard to hear. That might explain why the wait staff were confused about our order and gave the wrong instructions to the chef.

Nice to eat a different kind of food. Staff all very nice. Place was a bit cold, air con was on, but still pretty nippy inside and very cold when the door opened. We would come back for another meal on a warmer night.
